Activity of radioactive sample after 3 half life = c × 2-3 = 0.125c
 
Activity found in the leftover sample = c/10 = 0.1c
 
Activity is proportional to volume
 
Volume of remaining sample = (0.1c / 0.125 c) × 100 cm3 = 80 cm3
