Reversible logic gate have one-to-one mapping between input and output, i.e., for every input condition has unique output.
This is possible only with logic gate (2) in the list of gates given in the question.
I assume the given gate in the list with number (2) as shown below is NOR gate
In NOR gate for input 0 , output is 1. If input is 1 output is zero
Other gates don't have unique output for each input condition.
