Denominator of integrand is (4x2 - 4x -3 ) = (2x-3) (2x+1)

Hence integrand is converted into partial fraction as

By equating the coefficients on both sides of above expression, we get

A = -1/8  and B = -3/8

Hence we rewrite eqn.(1) as
