Join OP.

In OAP,

OA = OP = r

OAP = OPA = 33o

(equal sides have equal angles opp. to them)

In OPC,

OC = OP = r

OCP = OPC = 46o

(equal sides have equal angles opp. to them)

APC = 33o + 46o = 79o

AOC = 2APC (The angle subtended by an arc at the centre is double the angle subtended by it at any point on the remaining part of the circle.) = 2 79o

AOC = 158o
