To view the object of h in a plane mirror , minimum height of the plane mirror should be h/2. This is true irrespective of mirror to object distacne.
If the person is viewing only 2/3 of his height in plane mirror, then plane mirror height is 1/3 of person's height.
To view full image of a person in plane mirror, only option is mirror height should be greater than half of height of person.
Hence answer to this question :- (3) III only
