Do plant cells have centriole? What is the difference between centriole and centrosome.? Also tell that if plant cell don't have centriole then how spindle formation occur in it during cell dicision?

  • Centrioles are sub-microscopic microtubular sub-cylinders which occur in pairs.
  • A pair of centrioles is surrounded by a clear, fibrous, cytoplasm called the centrosphere.
  • Centrioles and centrospheres are collectively called a centrosome.
  • The centrosome lies near the nucleus during interphase.
  • Centrioles lie perpendicular to each other in the centrosome.

The chromosome number is halved during in which phase during meiosis?is it metaphase 2 or anaphase 1.   My answer is metaphase 2 but correct answer is anaphase 1.Because at anaphase 1 it is 2n but in metaphase 2 it is n.....please give fast reply....he
