Steps of Construction:

 

i) Draw AB = 5.2 cm.

 

ii) Make .

 

iii) With A as centre and radius 4 cm, draw an arc to cut AY at D.

 

iv) Make .

 

v) With B as centre and radius 4 cm, draw an arc to cut BZ at C.

 

vi) Join CD.

 

ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
