It is not mentioned that question is about O atom or Omolecule
I am solving by assuming, Number of moles present in 64 g of O atoms-
Molar mass of Oxygen=16 u
Number of Moles= Mass of Oxygen/ Molar Mass of Oxygen
                        =64/16
                        =4
 
Nuber of moles present in 64 g atom s of Oxygen.
