Answer:

let edge of cube is a

so   surface area = 5*area of square +  surface area of hemisphere + face 6(area of square - area of circle having radius a/2)

= 5* a2 +  2*pi* (a/2)2  + (a2 -  pi*a2 /4)

= 6a2 + pi*a2 /4
