Grass land
length = 150 -10 = 140m
breadth = 80-10 = 70m
Area = 9800 sq.m.
Therefore, the cost of landscaping = 9800 x 2 = ₹19,600/-
 
Park area = 12000 sq.m.
So, pathway area = 12000-9800 = 2200 sq.m.
Therefore, the cost of cementing the pathway = 2200 x 8.50 = ₹18,700/-
