Iris controls the amount of light entering the eyes.
Here, Tina is not able to contract her iris properly so she will not be able to see in bright light. In bright light the pupil will be able to contract and light (with greater intensity) will enter her eyes and she will feel the glare.
Hence, the correct option is (c).
