ICSE Class 7 Answered
why are solids incompressible
Asked by krushnomohan | 09 Jul, 2019, 08:14: PM
In solids, the atoms are closely packed.
They are held together with very strong intermolecular force of attraction.
In solids there is no or negligible intermolecular space and hence solids are solids incompressible.
