Why are products in the weekly markets sold at a cheaper rate?

Expert Answer
Products are sold at a cheaper rate because the shops in these markets are not permanent. Hence, they do not incur the expenditure of having to pay rent, electricity bills, fees to the government and wages to workers who work in the shop.
