Expert Answer
It is not known what is meant by secondary mirror.

If magnification is positive and its magnitude is (1/4) , then the mirror is convex mirror.

Nature of image :- virtual and erect

size :- 1/4 of size of object ( given )

Position :- v/u = 1/4

where v is mirror-to-image distance and u is mirror-to-object distance

Hence image is formed behind the mirror at a distance (1/4)th of mirror-to-object distance u
