What is the order of Electrophilic Aromatic Substitution reactions?

The electrophilic aromatic substitution reaction is taking place in two steps:
First step: Electrophile attacks on the electrons of the aromatic ring to form an intermediate which is known as an aronium ion, the intermediate is stabilised by resonance.
Second step: this step involves the elimination of proton from the intermediate by anionic species to form substituted aromatic compound.
Thus, the electrophilic aromatic substitution reactions are bimolecular.
