What have you realised after reading the two examples — Growing up male in Madhya Pradesh in the 1960s and growing up in Samoa in the 1920s?

After reading the two examples, we can understand that there are many different ways of growing up. We often feel that there is only one way in which children grow up. This happens because we are most familiar with our experiences.
However, that is not true because if we talk to our elders in our family, we will come to know that their childhoods were very different from ours.
