0.25 = 1/4 and 0.32 =8/25

0.28 which lies between 0.25 and 0.32 is rational number since we can write it as 7/25, and there are many more rational numbers.

To find the irrational number we know 2 is irrational number, so we can add subtract or divide and multiply by some number to get a number between 0.25 and 0.32.

For example 2/5 is irrational number that lies between 0.25 and 0.32.
