According to the condition, we have
begin mathsize 16px style fraction numerator negative 9 over denominator 7 end fraction cross times space straight x equals space fraction numerator negative 81 over denominator 91 end fraction rightwards double arrow straight x space equals space fraction numerator negative 81 over denominator 91 end fraction cross times fraction numerator 7 over denominator negative 9 end fraction space equals space 9 over 13 end style
