the length of the load arm of a lever is 6 m long and effort arm is 3 m long .what is the effort required to lift the load of 40 N ?

Load x load arm = effort x effort arm 
40 N x 6 = effort x 3 
effort = 80 N 
 
Thus, effort required to lift the load is 80 N.
