a) The peanuts slightly increase in size.
b) This change is termed as hydration/swelling or removal of dormancy of raw seeds.
c) This is change necessary for the germination of raw peanuts. To grow peanuts, you will actually need to start with fresh, raw, uncooked peanuts still in their shells. Plants will sprout quickly under the right germination conditions.
d) Benefits of consuming soaked peanuts:
- Aid in muscle growth.
- Enhances digestion.
- Beneficial for cardiac issues
- Prevents development of cancer cells
- Reduces gas and acidity
