b) Diaphragm: It contracts and flattens when you inhale. This creates a vacuum effect that pulls air into the lungs. When you exhale, the diaphragm relaxes and the air is pushed out of lungs.

c) Alveoli: They enable gaseous diffusion with blood capillaries.
