Option A is correct
It's know when the coefficient of x and t are same then the wave is traveling in -ve x axis direction and if the coefficient of x and t are opposite then the wave is traveling in +be x axis direction.
And wave velocity = coefficient of time/coefficient of x = 3/1 = 3 m/s.
