V = 900(Q/10)/N

T D/V

T = [(0.5 hr)(25km/0.5hr)/(25 km)]D/V

T = D/V = D/[900(Q/10)/N]

(Q/10) = DN/(900T)

= (21)(16)/(900x28/60)

= 0.8

Q/10 = 0.8x0.8

Q = 6.4 Quintals.
