To find the zeros of the polynomial x2-3x-m(m+3)
Sum of the zeros = 3
Product of the zeros is = -m(m+3)
-m and (m+3) are the factors of the product of zeros and they are coprime
So, the two roots can be -m  and m+3
And as the sum of the zeros is 3, -m and m+3 are becomes the zeros of the given polynomial.
