Total number of possible outcomes = 62 = 36
Favourable outcomes for event that both the customers visit on the same day = {M, T, W, Th, F,S)
(i) Probability that both visit the shop on the same day = 6/ 36 = 1/6
(ii) Probability that both visit the shop on the different days = 1 - 1/ 6 = 5/6
(iii) Favourable outcomes for event that both the customers visit on the same day = {MT, TW, WTh, ThF, FS,SM)
Probability that both visit the shop on consecutive day = 6/ 36 = 1/6
