Given - PQ is the diameter of the circle with centre O; CD and AB are the tangent lines at P and Q.
To prove – CD ||AB

CD (Tangent at a point is to the radius)
Similarly, PQ
AB
CPQ =
PQB = 90o
These are alternate angles.
Hence CD|| AB
