when we know median and mode and find out mean by empirical formula  the value of mean  is approximately close but not the exact the reason for this difference is we are using approximations in each stage while computation of mode and median also when we take the mid point of each class instead of all the values in that class. So all these approxiamtions add to this slight difference which is acceptable.
