i) The speed of light changes when the light travels from one medium to another medium. The speed of light in vacuum is 3 × 108 m/s. The speed of light does not differ for different colours i.e. all colours travels with same speed in vacuum. 
 
ii) we know the formula,
  v = nλ
n - frequency of light
v -velocity
λ- wavelength 
Also, the frequency of the source of light will remain same.
Thus,
We can say that velocity of light is directly proportional to wavelength of light.
Red colour light have greater wavelength than blue colour. Thus, velocity of red colour is more than blue colour.
This means red colour light travels faster than blue colour light.
