Charge on each capcitor at time t,  Q = E C { 1 - e-t/(2RC) }
 
Note that time constant is doubled due to parallel connection of capacitors .
 
E is EMF of battery,  C is capacitance of individual capacitors and R is resistance in the circuit.

using approximation e-x = 1 - x  , when x << 1,  above equation becomes,
 
Q = 12 × 2 × 10-6 C = 24 μC
