if receving signal is 300 m band, its wavelength 300 m, hence frequency f = 3×108 / 300 = 106 Hz
 
Required capacitance C for resonance is obtained as, 
 
LC = 1/ω2   or   C  = 1 / ( L ω2 ) =  1/ ( 10-3 × 4π2 × 1012 ) ≈ .025 nF
