I think the answer is ,     μoI / (2πr ) as per ampere's law.
 
Ampere's law considers only the magnitude of enclosed current by amperian loop ,
It does not consider how current is distributed with in conductor.
 
Some people worked out this problem , by imagining current distribution in cavity region, which i find ther is no need
to imagine a current in the empty cavity
