All the componenets are connected parallel. Resistance remains constant for all frequency.

Capacitive impedance is 1/(ωC) and Inductive impedance is Lω  , where ω = 2πf and f is frequency of alternating EMF.

Initially at low frequency capacitive impedance is greater than inductive impedance .
At ow frequency , effective impedance of the circuit depends on inductive impedance.

Hence effective impedance increases with frequency at low frequency range, current decreases.

when frequency is increased to higher value, capacitive impedance is less than inductive impedance and  capacitive
impedance keep on decreasing with frequency.

Hence effective impedance decreases with frequency at high frequency range, current increases.

Answer:- (4) first decrease then increase
