Expert Answer
Magnetic field at centre of circular loop = μo i / (2R) , where R is radius of circular loop , i is the current passing in the loop
and μo is the permeability of free space .
Given circular coil has one and half turns. Hence magnetic field B at centre of coil is given by,
B = (3/2)×μo i / (2R) = (3/4)μo i / R .......................(1)
Current i in the coil is given as, i = V/r , where V is EMF of battery and r is the resistance coneected in the circuit.
After substituting for current, eqn.(1) becomes , B = (3/4)μo V / ( R r )
