Given, u = 0 m/s
S = 100 m.
t = 5 s.
Therefore from the quation of motion we get,
S = ut + ½at2
On substituting values we get,
100 = 0xt + ½ ax(5)2
i.e., a = 100x2/25 = 4x2 = 8 m/s2
