the given statement.

Expert Answer
Because of non-tariff barriers, the Indian economy does not have access to developed countries market. When all quota restriction on textile trading in India was removed, U.S.A still has restriction on textile trading from India and China. Hence, India has no scope in handloom and handicraft exports.
