CBSE Class 10 Answered
is power directly proportional to the resistence or inversely proportional to resistence?

power is inversly proportional to resistance as power is the rate of flow of electrical energy through a conductor with potential diff n more energy is used for more resistance.
in P=I2R =(v/R)2R =(V2/R2)R
so P is directly proportional to one power of R bt inversly proportional to two power of R
so on net P is inv prop to one power of R
