it is made of different types of cells . but a defination of tissue says it is a group of cell of similar kind of structure

A complex permanent tissue may be classified as a group of more than one type of tissue having a common origin and working together as a unit to perform a function. The criteria to be considered here is the common origin and the working together as a unit for achieving a common function. Since this tissue contains more than one type of tissue working as a single unit, it is called as complex tissue.
