In a two digit number,the unit's digit exceed its ten's digit by 2 .The product of the given number and the sum of the digit is equal to 144 .Find the number

Let ten's digit number be x.
According to the question units place should be x + 2.
Number is 10x + (x + 2) = 11x + 2
According to the condition stated in the quetsion,
(x + 2)(11x + 2) = 144
Solving this quadratic equation we get x = 2
Hence, number is 24.
