Given,the length of the tangent from(x1,y1) to the circle x2+y2=16 is 5 times the distance from the line 3x-4y+5=0.
we know the length of the tangent to the circle is x2+y2=r2 is given by : (x12+y12-r2)1/2.
And length of the tangent to the line 3x-4y+5=0 is :
