From the integral we have,
1 <= x <= ey and 0 <= y <= 1
The curve will be x <= ey 
Range of y is [0, 1]
For x = ey, y = log x
At y = 1, x = e2
Therefore, 1 <= x <= e2
And, log x <= y <= 1
So, the integral becomes
integral subscript 1 superscript e squared end superscript integral subscript log x end subscript superscript 2 d y d xintegral subscript 1 superscript e squared end superscript integral subscript log x end subscript superscript 2 d y d x
