answered-by-expert Expert Answer

The temperature of air at a given place affects the distribution of air pressure in an area. When the temperature is high, the air gets heated, becomes light and rises. This results in the creation of the low pressure area. When the temperature is low, the air become cool and heavy. Heavy air sinks creating a high pressure area in a region.
