how can we know that how muchcharges that the battery conducts?

Hi Biresh,
A battery always gives the same output voltage.
So, if you connect an ammeter with the help of wires to the battery and note the current, then you will be able to find the number of charges flowing.

If the battery conducts say 1 mA current then the charge flowing through it is 1 mC.
Now, 1 electron has 1.6 × 10-19 C of charge
Therefore, 1 mC will be equal to 1/1.6 × 10-19 = 6.25 × 1015
Hence, the number of charges flowing through the battery is 6.25 × 1015
