How are complaints treated as testimony to the success of democracy?

People’s complaints in democracy is treated as a testimony to the success of democracy because it shows that people have developed awareness about democracy and its working. Also, it proves that people have the ability to expect, and judge the working of the democracy.
Four examples of complaint are:
- It is full of corruption.
- It cannot reduce economic exploitation.
- It is unable to reduce social discrimination in the nation.
- It is not able to handle various situations in nations having higher population. Thus, the government and its working tends to get inefficient.
