Stars are not moving with uniform speed. Hence linear momentum and kinetic energy can not be constant.
Distance between stars does not remain same, hence force exerted on one star by other star is not constant.
Potential energy of the system remains constant because each star is bound to other
and the system is isolated from other forces.
