Electronic configuration of copper

Atomic number of Copper (Cu) is 29.
Thus electronic configuration will be,
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s1 3d10 ... (by Aufbau's principle)
Here, as the d orbital requires one electron to get complete, d orbital pulls the electron from s orbital. Hence there is one electron in 4s orbital and 10 electrons in 3d orbital.
