Does the weight of an object changes on the earth's surface at different poles & by how much.

weight is defined as forece by garvitational pull. So yes it keeps on changing  with different places on earth. The exact calculation depends on what is is the radius of earth at particular point because gravitational force is  inversly proprotinal to r2 .And since earth is not perfectly sphere it keeps on changing at different points(though the change is very small).
