Expert Answer:
Mixture contain 5kg of Coffee and 2kg of Chikori.( Since the ratio is 5:2)
Therefore the total cost of the mixture = 5 × 250 + 2 × 75 = Rs. 1400
Cost of 1 kg mixture = 1400 ÷ 7 = Rs. 200
Mixture was sold at Rs. 230 per kg.
Profit 230 - 200 = 30
Profit % = 30/200 × 100 = 15%
