can you move a charge in an electric field without work done and how?

If there is a path in electric field that has same potential at all points of the path, then if we move the charge through this path, we do not have any workdone for this movement of charge.
For example, if we have a collection of charges concentrated at a given point P, then the electric field is radially symmetric. If we consider a circular path with centre as point P, then all the points in this path has same potential. If we move a test charge along this circular path, no work is required for the movement of charge. hence workdone is zero.
