A tuning fork has frquency 256Hz . If the speed of sound is 320 m/s . Fimd the distance travelled by sound while the fork completes 20 vibrations

speed = freq x wavelength
wavelength = speed / freq =320/256 = 1.25m
one wavelength is the distance covered in one vibration
Therefore distance covered in 20 vibration = 1.25 x 20 = 25 m
