a railway train 50 m long passes over a bridge 250 m long at the rate of 12km/h.time taken???

Velocity = 12km/hr = 3.33m/sec

total distance travelled to cross the bridge = 250m +50m = 300m

speed = distance / time

time = distance / speed

        = 300m /3.33ms-1

        = 90.09 sec.
